ဝတ်ပြုရာကျမ်း ၁၉:၁-၂၊၁၁-၁၈။ မာတေဦး ၂၅:၃၁-၄၆မုန့်ဟင်းခါးစားချင်စိတ်ဖြစ်တယ်ဆိုကြပါစို့၊ရွေးချယ်စရာနှစ်ခုမက ရှိပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်တိုင်ချက်စားမလား၊ဘေးလူကိုချက်ခိုင်းမလား၊ဆိုင်မှာသွားဝယ်စားမလား။ ဆန္ဒကိုအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဖို့တစ်ခုမဟုတ် တစ်ခုတော့လက်တွေ့လုပ်ကိုလုပ်ရပါမယ်။“မိမိနဲ့နီးစပ်သူကိုကိုယ်ရှင်ကဲ့သို့ချစ်ပါ”ဆိုတာက ဥပဒေဖြစ်ပြီး ဒီနေ့ကျမ်းစာနှစ်စောင်လုံးမှာပါတာတွေက နည်းဥပဒေတွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ဥပဒေတစ်ရပ်ကို လိုက်နာကြောင်းသက်သေပြဖို့ရာနည်းဥပဒေတွေမှာအသေးစိပ်ဖော်ပြထားတာတွေကိုလက်တွေ့ကျင့်သုံးပြီး အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ကြရပါတယ်။
